Description

Offering Developers will be part of cross-functional (mix of industry, function, IX, Interactive, Practices) product development teams responsible for designing, building, and testing an offering prior to market launch. Offering Developers will be assembled into project Sprint Teams based on skills, expertise required for the offering based on prioritization set forth by the Offerings Committee and GMC.
Key Responsibilities
Able to understand a problem from the perspective of a customer, their pain points and what pain point the offering is attempting to solve
Follow offering standards and stage-gate processes to ensure offering consistency and quality; obtain sign-off from leads/sponsors before progressing to the next stage
Work closely with leaders Offering Development and engage with content experts throughout to design, build and test Briefcase elements such as Industry Narrative, Unique Offer, Client Journey, 360 Value and associated solution
Team with the asset engineering hub and other development teams to develop client personas, user journeys, and prioritize features for solution development
Team with Digital Briefcase team to ensure digital access
Once in market, support prioritized enhancements to Offering.

Required Work Experience & Skills
Product Development experience and understanding
Ability to work both independently and as a team member while collaborating across Accenture
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of agile ways of working
Storytelling experience a plus
